An Evening at the Beach

Some friends of mine visited Penang last week and we spent some time hanging out at the beach in Tanjung Bungah during one of the evenings. It's actually the beachfront for Crown Jewel Hotel and Paradise Sandy Beach Resort that is actually open to the public too. You can reach the beach either through the hotels or like us though the housing area just adjacent to the hotels.

Good company

Well the beach is quite a far cry from having crystal clear waters and white sands but being in the middle of an urban sprawl, I guess even having a beach is already a luxury. But nevertheless it was quite relaxing to just sit on the beach with some good friends, I guess it's the company that counts.

Alright off to some pictures. I took them using my P&S Panasonic FX-9. They could be a little underexposed, due to the cloudy weather that we were under that evening. All pictures here have been resized to 640x480 pixels.
