Went for my first ever property auction on a fine sunny Saturday; could feel emotions and anxiety reverberating throughout, no thanks to the eloquent auctioneer. Definitely nothing like ebay.
Results - Opened at 850K, ended at 950K. Well done to both the vendor and the new owner.
